Regulatory status

Quantofi's regulatory status and what it does and doesn't provide

Written by John Mulligan

Regulation & licensing

Quantofi, part of Quantmatix, is not a regulated entity and does not hold a MiCA CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) license or any other financial services authorisation. Quantofi is a data and analytics provider, not a custody, exchange, brokerage, or execution service — it doesn't hold or transmit client funds or crypto-assets, which is why it falls outside MiCA's CASP licensing requirement.

Signals are not advice

Q Score, TEVO, and other signals are quantitative research outputs, not personal recommendations or investment advice.

Buying, selling, or custody

Quantofi doesn't provide this. Use a licensed exchange or CASP instead.
